  We encourage you to save for retirement and invest in your future. We’ll match your contributions dollar-for-dollar for up to 3% of your salary, and add a $0.50 per dollar match on the next 2%.

  To help encourage you to maintain a positive work-life balance, we offer 10 paid vacation days to start, 10 paid holidays plus the week between Christmas and New Year’s and 8 wellness days.

  Accidents happen when you least expect them. Accident insurance can be a safety net to help cover medical and non-medical expenses that accompany an accident. The policy pays a cash amount depending on the type of accident.
• COMMUTER BENEFITS
  If you commute to work via public transportation, you may want to take advantage of the Commuter Benefits FSA. The pre-tax funds you put into the account can be used to cover qualified transit passes, vanpooling, payments for transportation in a commuter highway vehicle and qualified parking costs.
• HEALTH SAVINGS ACCOUNT
  If you enroll in the medical high deductible health plan, you can elect the health savings account. The health savings account allows you to save pre-tax funds to use towards your qualified medical, dental and vision expenses.
• MEDICAL TRAVEL REIMBURSEMENT – Get support for medically necessary travel through our Lifestyle Spending Account program, ensuring access to the care you need, even if it’s outside your local area. We are proud to partner with Wex Health, allowing you and your covered dependents access to a $5,000 lifetime fund that you can use to cover out-of-pocket travel costs related to accessing medical care that is unavailable to you locally.
